About Us
We pride oursleves in providing you with a clean, friendly place to come to practice. All of our instuctors have many years of experiencing both practicing and teaching, and it shows. Every class you take will inspire you with the same standard of teaching daily, 23 times a week. We have everything you need to begin your journey inward: a hot room, showers, lockers…even kombucha on tap. We want you to experience the life-changing benefits that our members experience on a daily basis, and we want you to love doing it.

Is this yoga okay for beginners?
Absolutely! In fact, the series we practice is a series of only beginning yoga postures, nothing advanced. Regardless of age, shape, or fitness level, this yoga will bring you maximum therapeutic benefits in a short period of time.
I have back problems. Is this yoga safe?
Our practice is a completely therapeutic practice. Each posture warms your body up for the next one to come. This, along with the heat, maximizes the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Many people have healed their spines through this practice. Talk with your instructor prior to class to get tips on how to heal. Fast.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a mat, towel, and water. Bring clothes you are comfortable stretching (and sweating in). Bring a shower towel for after class, if you would prefer to shower at the studio.
Is it going to be too hot?
While it is going to be hot, with proper hydration and a little bit of patience you will quickly adapt to the heat. Most people come to crave the heat after only a few weeks of practicing! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and replacing lost electolytes and you will find that the heat is the most powerful tool we have.
How much water should I be drinking?
Hydration is a highly personal thing that varies from individual to individual. A good rule of thumb is to begin hydrating the day before class and make sure you get electrolytes through food or supplements. Drink at least 1.5 liters throughout the day before class and plenty of water afterwards.
I am new. Is there an intro class I can take?
All of our classes are for all levels. Check our schedule and find a class that best suits your schedule. Talk to your instructor before class and let them know you are new, they will have some great tips for you!
