Breath Coaching For All Levels
Learn the fundamentals needed to use breath as a way to activate different nervous system states and effectively balance energy and stress. Each session will focus on breath mechanics, understanding nervous system states, and breathing techniques to activate or relax our nervous system. Our approach is science-based, providing you with real, measurable improvements to your overall sense of wellness. You will leave with a clear understanding of breathing anatomy, your nervous system, ways to measure the effectiveness of your practice, and when to use different techniques to achieve a particular result.
One-on-One Breath Coaching
After our Discovery Session, you will be given a specific breathing protocol for daily practice and weekly sessions to learn various techniques to impact your nervous system. All one-on-one sessions are a 4 week commitment to ensure you learn the correct techniques to be able to continue to use breathing as needed, unassisted.

In this 20-minute consultation, we will discuss what positive changes you are looking to achieve, your stress levels, current breathing fitness, sleep, and daily habits.
From here, we will discuss if and how breathing can help achieve your goals, create a weekly plan to keep you on track, and learn one breathing exercise to help balance your nervous system.
This is a free consultation with no commitment. We want you to learn how learning hot to breath can improve your life and provide you tools to use breathwork on your own.
Group Classes
We offer a once-monthly group session to introduce the three fundamental breathing categories, how they affect your nervous system, clear and simple guidelines of how to use these techniques, and a roadmap for daily practice.

Learn effective techniques to crush stress and anxiety. Through specific breathing techniques, you will learn how to escape the “Fight-or-Flight” nervous state we often find ourselves in due to daily stress.

Do I need to know breathing techniques to join?
Every level is welcome in these classes. No prior knowledge is needed to get the benefits of the breathing techniques we teach.
How long do the sessions last?
Each session ranges from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on where you are in your practice.
What will I learn in the 1-on-1 sessions?
Everyone who undergoes personalized breath training will learn three categories of breathing techniques:
- Balance Breathing – to balance your nervous system, and steady your mood any time
- Energy Breathing – to wake up, prepare for exercise, and naturally energize
- Ice Breathing – to crush stress and anxiety, and to sleep better

These breathing techniques offer many of the same benefits as meditation, but they are more accessible, easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and produce predictable and measureable results.
