I started teacher training in November 2015, and started teaching in January. This class has helped my balance and strength in my Bikram Yoga practice. Also, I have noticed more muscle definition in my arms, abs and legs. I am looking better than I have in a long time. Even one night after dancing with my friend and athlete they noticed how strong my legs are! Making the commitment to myself and the students to get there and teach has not only help my students reach their personal fitness goals, but has helped me meet mine. If it wasn’t for dedicated students, I would not be practicing this great workout as often as I do! There is power in group exercise!
